My name is Vivian and this is my newborn blog-baby!
I recently went on a trip to Taipei, Taiwan, which sparked a new found love for all that is Asian Beauty...and later on, the entirety that is skincare and cosmetics. I have never had much interest in this area before, but my collection (and knowledge!) is slowly growing as each month passes. I thought it would be fun to record my personal thoughts as I wade through all these different products I am able to get my hands on!

Skin Type: Normal to dry
Skin Tone: MAC NC20-25
Climate: Cloudy, foggy
Climate: Cloudy, foggy
My skin tone changes during the summer (slightly darker) and winter (back to being more pale). I am also acne prone and have some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation because of that. I am definitely nowhere near perfect!
The inspiration for my blog's name comes from How I Met Your Mother: Season 4, Episode 10. Sometimes reality just gets too demanding or intense, and I think of indulging in my hobbies as a short escape or break. I hope that as a reader, you'll feel the same way!
